I started my football journey over 15 years ago when I decided to give up tennis (the sport of my family) and go all in on football.
I was only a young American kid who fell in love with Arsenal on tv so all I had was passion and a dream.
I wanted to be the best in the world since age 13.
That drive took me all over the world playing football at the elite level and ultimately gave me the gift of several long-term injuries that I used to create Football Entangled.
That gift gave me the opportunity to look deep into every rabbit-hole I could find regarding human performance.
The result of that journey is helping thousands of footballers across the world avoid the pain, frustration, and mistakes I went through.
Currently, my time is spent traveling to work with professional footballer players, perfecting my training system, and building towards the creation of the world’s best football academy.
Every footballer can become great given enough time, the right environment, and ample competition fueled by an everlasting drive to be the best.

I grew up in Southern California playing club and academy football. I also played high school soccer for Laguna Beach High School. This was the peak of my “no pain no gain” era.
My first big injury hit when I was 15 years old and that began my journey into injury rehabilitation and biomechanics.

I always had my eye on playing in Europe like every American kid. I dreamed of playing in the Premier League. That dream fueled me. I never got to play in the EPL, but I’m grateful to have many clients playing there.

I enjoyed many years playing college soccer in the US. We had one of if not the best stadium in the country for the NCAA. I learned a lot, got my undergraduate degree, and faced many injuries including an ACL and Meniscus tear.
