Entangled Injury Rehabilitation

Rebuild Your Athleticism and Become Fit Again

We rehabilitate footballers by treating the root cause so you can escape the injury cycle and get back to playing your best without worrying about your body falling apart.

You’re here because you want to play football to the best of your ability without pain, chronic injury, or doing surgery. You are tired of being stuck in the cycle of injury, constantly missing games, losing your starting spot, and feeling the pain of not being able to play the game you love.

You simply want your body to support you, not break down over and over again because you know you are missing out on your future.

The Problem with Conventional Physical Therapy

Mainstream injury rehabilitation primarily focuses on treating the symptoms of your injury. In the short term, that may make your pain go away temporarily, but deep down you and I both know that the pain itself isn’t truly the problem.

If your check engine light comes on, you don’t just smash the light with a hammer and keep driving. You look under the hood. Conventional sports medicine is obsessed with the hammer.

Mainstream medicine is fantastic at acute injuries like car crashes, broken bones, and emergency procedures, but sports injuries are about chronic overload, dysfunctional biomechanics, and underlying health issues.

If you want to truly get out of pain for good and become a better athlete at the same time, then you need to look at the body as one system as opposed to isolating the parts.

Injury is just a symptom of a dysfunctional system.

Here at Football Entangled, we put footballers’ careers first and focus on fixing the athlete as one holistic body as opposed to simply numbing the pain and getting a few extra games playing at 70% where you risk even further injury.

We do this by:

  • Integrating every layer of the fascia across the body So you can absorb force into the connective tissue This protects joints and soft tissue from wear and tear.
  • Strengthening the nervous system So you can coordinate your body properly during complex movements This is a major cause of most injuries.
  • Conditioning muscles Most athletes have lost the ability to contract and relax a muscle from 0 to 100 and back This unlocks real muscle function and protects your joints while increasing your strength, stamina, and speed.

Who This Is For

You will have an amazing time working with us if you understand:

  • The pain isn’t the problem — You are… and that’s a good thing.
  • Injuries are a gift — The pain forces you to learn new things about your body and grow into a better athlete.
  • Injuries aren’t cheap — The more you disrespect your body, the sooner it will fail you.
  • Injuries take time — The more you chase band-aids, the farther away from true healing you will be.

In short: you need to swallow your pride, trust the process, and hustle.

What Injuries We Fix

We specialize in helping footballers recover from injury, restore elite movement, and return to performing at their highest level. Whether you’re dealing with an acute injury, a recurring problem that never fully resolved, or persistent pain that’s limiting your performance, we address the underlying causes—not just the symptoms.

We regularly help footballers rehabilitate and return to play after:

  • Foot & Ankle: ankle sprains, syndesmosis (“high ankle”) sprains, stress fractures, Achilles tendinopathy (Achilles tendonitis), Achilles tears, plantar fascia pain, foot tendon injuries, and chronic ankle instability.
  • Lower Leg: calf strains (all grades), soleus strains, gastrocnemius tears, shin pain, shin splints, Osgood-Schlatter disease, and tibial stress injuries.
  • Knee: ACL tears, meniscus tears, MCL injuries, LCL injuries, patellar tendinopathy (jumper’s knee), patellofemoral pain, patellar tendonitis, cartilage injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
  • Thigh: hamstring strains and tears, recurrent hamstring injuries, quadriceps strains, and adductor (groin) strains.
  • Hip & Pelvis: osteitis pubis, pubalgia, sports hernia (athletic pubalgia), hip flexor strains, adductor-related groin pain, hip impingement (FAI), and gluteal injuries.
  • Muscle & Tendon Injuries: recurrent muscle strains, tendinopathies, overload injuries, and persistent soft tissue pain.

Even if your injury isn’t listed above, there’s a strong chance we can help. Our approach isn’t based on treating isolated body parts—it’s based on restoring the integrated movement system that allows footballers to perform at the highest level while dramatically reducing the risk of reinjury.

Footballers who rebuilt their bodies

Alan Faraguna, Croatia — NK Rudar

My ankles feel a lot better and stiffer, more stable. I got a lot faster and for now I'm scoring a lot of goals for my team.

I'm really grateful to you, because 1 year ago i was a bench warmer and now I'm a starter every game and always have an impact on the field.

Zayn Reyes, USA — UPSL

USA — UPSL

I came into Total Footballer with a history of multiple ankle sprains, groin problems, and ACL + Meniscus tear. Over the last 12 months working with Taylor, I've gained a confidence in my body that allows my skills to flow freely, my 40m sprint time has improved, and I even dropped 10 pounds while feeling stronger on the pitch. As a result, I'm scoring goals and getting assists almost every game I play and playing with the confidence that I always wanted to play with.

Salem Moussaid, Netherlands — Semi Professional

Netherlands — Semi Professional

Before joining Total Footballer, I wasn't sure how long it would take to see results, but after only 2 weeks, I've already started to feel my glutes activate naturally while playing football. Even moreso, my knee pain is gone and my whole body feels so integrated. Football has become fun again. Thank you Football Entangled.

Sebastian Kjeldmand, Norway — Strømsgodset

Norway — Strømsgodset

When I joined Football Entangled 2 years ago, I was struggling with injuries, very inconsistent on the pitch, and just playing at a normal local club. In these last 2 years working with Taylor and his team, I've boosted everything. My speed is insane. My 1on1s are crazy. And overall my dribbling is so smooth and effortless because I'm always in the flow state. On top of all that, I'm never injured and my confidence sky-rocketed leading to me signing for a professional academy as well as being very close to the Norwegian youth national team.

Griffith Brubaker, Stonehill College — USA Division 1

Stonehill College — USA Division 1

I joined Football Entangled after having surgery on a torn labrum going into my first year playing division 1 college soccer for Stonehill College in Massachusetts.

About 1 year later, I am playing lots of games feeling really fit, recovering faster, and actually enjoying my football.

Taylor and his team helped me work a lot on my foot, ankle, and glute function creating the fascial integration to put this injury behind me as well as play my best football.
